NASVHILLE

This summer when I went to Nashville we went to a lot of different restaurants and checked out what the city had to offer. Upon arrival, we went to TopGolf and played for two hours. It was a lot of fun, but I totally sucked. I highly recommend going to the TopGolf in Nashville. It was a nice atmosphere and gave off a good vibe. Although it's kind of expensive, you get plenty of time to become "good." Topgolf Nashville: The Ultimate in Golf, Games, Food and Fun The premier entertainment and event venue in Nashville with fun point-scoring golf games for all skill levels, upscale bar food and drinks, music and more! We took a long walk around the city and I got to see my DREAM JOB location which is CMT in the heart of the city. It really inspired me to work harder and towards that end goal. (It's the dream I've had my whole life.) We also ate at an fun restaurant called Hattie B's and they served hot chicken. I thought it was good but super spicy, but ...

THINGS TO DO WHILE VISITING SAN FRANCISCO

Image
This summer, I stayed in Gainesville to take classes and get ahead on my schoolwork. I'm on the news track for my college which is Journalism and Communications and I was taking a radio class all summer, therefore my traveling life had to go on pause. I wasn't able to travel that much, but I did get to visit San Francisco, California and Nashville, Tennessee. I had such an amazing time in both places and am excited to share some photos along with some of the fun activities I did and of course the places I ate. For the California trip, I had an itinerary planned out with everything I was planning on doing and where I was going to go. I am going to make a separate blog post for Nashville because we have a lot of ground to cover. For the California trip, we made it a week long and went to a lot of places that I highly recommend. For starters, we checked into our hotel and stayed in a Marriott right across from the stadium where the Giants play. Taylor Swift was also perf...

LEARN TO TRAVEL, TRAVEL TO LEARN

If you're interested in traveling, but haven't had the opportunity to travel, here is a Ted Talk video by Robin Esrick who explains why traveling is important for you and why you should do it. He is originally from South Africa (hence where the accent comes from) and he hosts the TV show "World Travels." I highly recommend getting inspired by this video! Learn to travel -- travel to learn: Robin Esrock at TEDxVancouver Robin Esrock's success as a global adventurer, travel writer, TV producer and international TV personality was no accident, although it did start with one. Struck down on his bike at a Vancouver intersection, Robin hobbled away with a broken kneecap, and one year later, a modest $20,000 insurance settlement.

ROAD TRIPPING THROUGH CANADA ON A BUDGET

When I was very little, my family and I visited Canada. There were beautiful lakes, mountains and scenery and I have always wanted to take a road trip through the country as an adult. I haven't found the money to go or the right time, but I plan to go as soon as possible. I always love traveling on a budget and have read numerous articles on the subject and found this one to be my favorite. When you get a chance, take a look! How to road-trip Canada on a budget Canada is big and beautiful, but climate, distance and the high cost of domestic travel make it hard to get to know her. Having the freedom to throw your stuff in the trunk and set off as you please makes self-driving a tempting way to explore this frequently spectacular country.

EXPEDITION HAPPINESS- A MUST SEE!!

If you have ever wanted to watch a movie about spontaneity adventure with your significant other, look no further than Netflix. The movie Expedition Happiness is about a couple from Europe who decide to drop everything, revamp an old school bus and travel the world with their dog, Rudy. It was a self-made film capturing jaw-dropping scenery and an exploration of a lifetime. You get to witness their challenges, sacred moments and the true reality of traveling by bus. I have watched this movie four times and still could watch it all over again. Be sure to check it out! SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

If you are ever in search of a fun and interesting place to visit, Seattle, Washington is the place to check out! The people give off such a chill, genuine vibe and there were endless things to see. From the food and entertainment to the views and people, it was one of my favorite places to visit. It was a quick weekend visit, but there was much to see and do! Here are a few pictures from Pike's Place Market. The floral arrangements were beautiful and the men working at the fish market were hysterical! They would throw the fish up in the air and catch them again. They caught everyone's attention! We went to the first Starbucks ever built and operated and had some coffee while we were there. It was so cool to see how it started as such a small little shop and now it is all around the globe! While we were there we went to Century Link Field to see a Kenny Chesney concert. We were on the floor and right next to the stage. The acoustics in the stadium were amazing and the v...
